• I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights of the PERSONAL commission and work in progress (sketches, drafts, timelapses), which includes but is not limited to: printing (with Client's permission), self promotion, display on websites, social medias and portfolios. With to mention that it is commissioned by you. If you wish for THIS NOT TO HAPPEN, please tell me😉)•I have right to create paid content on Patreon and Youtube from the work in progress: make timelapse videos, write about the drawing progress with pictures included (sketches, drafts) or other similar content.•I have right to decline your commission request for personal reasons.•I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New terms do not apply for orders started on old terms.✦THE CLIENT•Client must be above 18 years old to order a commission.•Commissions are for personal use only: gifts, display on social medias for profile pictures, banners, and posts with credit to the artist (@nykuro or profile link), print and display in personal spaces. For sharing or posting the commission work use the resize version that i provide you.•Do not use the work in progress I provide to commission other artists. Do not trace, edit, resell or make profit from the commission. Cropping the artwork to post online is OK.•PLEASE DO NOT ALTER MY WORK AFTER COMMISSIONING, IF THERES ANY ISSUE PLEASE CONTACT ME✦PAYMENT INFORMATION•100% upfront via Ko-Fi (the page where you will do all the transations and selection of the Commission Type)✦REFUND POLICY• Full refund = The net amount I received after Paypal transaction fee deduction.• Full refund can be requested via email or Ko-fi messages before work begins.• No refunds are possible after work begins or after delivery of the final artwork. Please make revisions during the earlier stages to prevent any dissatisfaction.• When I am unable to finish the work due to unforeseen reasons (natural disasters, illness,…) or miss the deadline without giving notice, I will give full refund.• Client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned above will be followed. • if you would like to commission a particular type of artwork/design work that's
not listed you can contact me for work enquiry.✦TIMELINE & PROCESS• I will work following the order and deadlines on Commission List. If for any reason I need to extend the deadline, I will give you a notice as soon as possible. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please provide it when you commission me.• Process is divided into the next stages:
CASUAL & BLACK&WHITE COMMISSION
sketch/color draft → clean up stage → finished artwork.PORTRAITS & STORY ILLUSTRATIONS
sketch → lighting draft → color draft → render stage → details → finished artwork.• Drafts that you must decide which one I should continue with (depending on the complexity of the commission there might be fewer or more drafts. Sketch commissions don't come with various drafts)
• Sketch and/or final sketches that you must accept before I continue the work
-You will receive a full-resolution file (at 300 DPI) of the final drawing. Final file formats are usually PNG.3. Time between sketch and finished artwork is around 2 week to 3 month (or more, if it is a large-scale illustration/ 2+ characters etc)4. Final artwork will be sent via google drive link in .png image format. This does not include the working files (.psd, .csp). File will be of highest resolution (300dpi) and include a small watermark and a social media version.✦REVISIONS
For the CASUAL & BLACK&WHITE>
1. Maximum of 2 revision in the sketch stage free of charge. Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.2. Major revisions which require redrawing (pose & outfit change, add background, etc) will cost additional fee. Sometimes I may offer changes for the composition that I think will fit your requirement, the final decisions are yours and my suggestions are all free.For the PORTRAITS & STORY ILLUSTRATIONS>
1. Maximum of 3 revisions (3 rounds) in the sketch stage, 2 revisions in lineart and color stage, free of charge. Additional fees will be charged for further revisions.2. Major revisions which require redrawing (pose & outfit change, add background, etc) will cost additional fee. Sometimes I may offer changes for the composition that I think will fit your requirement, the final decisions are yours and my suggestions are all free.
